If I could these 0 stars I would. Never in my life will I go with C&R properties again! Moved out of our flat in June and now it's August and still no deposit received - chased and chased and they're very reluctant to sort this out. Anyway they FINALLY came back 2 months later (after they said it would take only 10 days when we moved out!!!) and have deducted £100 from our deposit - for what?! 'A light clean' - which is not our fault, how is it our fault you need a light clean only because you have not found anyone to fill the flat?! We even moved out early and let you guys know so someone else could move in. The flat was spotless when we left, we even got a professional oven cleaner to come in. You are an absolute JOKE!
